The management of CHEMO-DROGÉRIE, Ltd., established in Pri skladoch 1, 940 01 Nové Zámky, Slovak Republic, Tax ID No.: 31431445, decided at its AGM to sell its real estate property. This area served to supply the Western Slovakia region with drugstore merchandise. The company completed its business activity in 2009 and the warehouse space is currently leased to other businesses. The total plot area is 44,958 m2, including facilities in built-up areas and courtyards with total 13,542 m2, of which 12,031 m2 consist of warehouse space in seven brick-based buildings and one hall storage.

There is also an office building measuring 874 m2 with a large meeting room with a separate entrance. The office building and five other warehouses have a built-in gas boiler-room. The whole area is in an excellent location, being easily accessible from the main road Bratislava - Komárno, o Štúrovo.

The value of the area is underlined by the fact that its premises, barring two warehouses, are being leased and generate rental income. All public utilities are built in, too. Among the prerequisites for further development is quite a large unbuilt area with the possibility of further construction. The area is easily accessible to an increase in electrical power, gas and water consumption.
